Cancellations and Penalties Policy and Terms and Conditions
- All prices are in евро EURO / Bulgarian leva (BG), with breakfast (BB) or without breakfast, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and tourist insurance.
- No pets allowed.
- Please advise in advance if you would like an invoice.
- In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 3 (7.9-30.9) оr 5 (15.6-2.7 ; 24.8-6.9) оr 7 (3.7-23.8) days before the date of check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the hotel retains the amount paid as a cancellation fee.
- You owe a deposit paid in cash, by bank transfer or by card in advance.
